From the South:

Via 1-77 and I-64, at Lewisburg take Rt. 219 N. or at White Sulphur Springs, take Rt. 60 to 92 N to 39 W to 219 N.  Continue North on 219 to Rt. 66 E.  Our office is located approximately a quarter mile East on Rt. 66, in the "old farmhouse" between the Big Spring Church and the Big Spring Clinic.

From the North:

Via I-79, take the Weston Exit Rt. 33 (#99) proceed East to Elkins and then South on Rt. 219.   Continue South on Rt. 219 to Rt. 66 East.  Our office is located approximately a quarter mile East of Rt. 66 in the "old farmhouse" between the Big Spring Church and the Big Spring Clinic.

From the East:

Via I-81, take Rt. 33 from Harrisonburg, VA to Rt. 28 South at Judy Gap, WV.  Continue on Rt. 28 South to Rt. 66 West just past Green Bank, WV.  Stay on Rt. 66 past both entrances to Snowshoe Mountain Resort.  Our offices are located just past The Inn at Snowshoe, between the Big Spring Clinic and the Big Spring Church.

From the West:

Via I-64, continue East on WV Turnpike and I-64.  At Lewisburg Rt. 219 North, or at White Sulphur Springs take Rt. 60 to 92 North to Rt. 39 West to Rt. 219 North.  Continue on Rt. 219 North to Rt. 66 East.  Our office is located approximately a quarter mile East in the "old farmhouse" between the Big Spring Church and the Big Spring Clinic.
