Born in Morgantown, WV, and raised in Parkersburg, WV, Pat attended Glenville State College, and shortly thereafter moved to Ohio. As a limited real estate broker and business owner in Ohio, he expanded into direct sales and consulting. In 1996, after the sale of his business interests in Ohio, he moved to the Snowshoe/Slatyfork area. He has been involved in many facets of the real estate industry in West Virginia since then, including sales, real estate paralegal, and mortgage brokerage. Pat is currently the managing member of Mountain Resort Realty, LLC and has a tremendous knowledge of the Snowshoe/Slatyfork area.

Randy graduated from Ohio State University with a BS in Accounting in 1977 and then received his MBA at Miami University of Ohio in 1979. He has been a licensed real estate broker in Ohio and West Virginia for over 27 years.
Along with his real estate efforts in both states, he is also the owner of Belden Tax and Financial Services, and brings extensive real estate tax knowledge to our Snowshoe offices.
Randy owns several properties at Snowshoe, and has served as a Director on two Boards of homeowners’ associations. Accordingly, he has vast experience in property management, association, and ownership matters. His hobbies include golf and snow skiing, so it is not uncommon to find him on Cupp Run, or The Raven at Snowshoe golf course.

Kip Darling

A mountain guy from the Adirondacks of New York and the White Mountains of New Hampshire, Kip now calls Snowshoe home. A graduate of the Business School at the University of New Hampshire in 1970, he spent 15 years in Chicago in the corporate insurance brokerage business.
Another 20 years on the Oceanfront in North Carolina, where he owned motels, trailer park, apartments, Family Dollar and Dollar General stores, in addition to a commercial/residential real estate brokerage. Over the years, he’s done renovation, design, new construction, development, sales, rentals, property management and tax deferred exchanges.
An avid trekker/climber, his summits include Kilimanjaro in Africa, and several in the Himalaya of Nepal. In winter you’ll find him ski patrolling on the mountain as well.
Kip now combines his love of the mountains with his real estate depth as a part of the Mountain Resort Realty team.
